This is an original printing from 1889 and would be a great piece to add to your collection.  They’ve made reprints of this book, but this is the real deal, published over 100 years ago with a lot of information about the City of Boston, including a map of the city.

Overall, I would rate this book in fair condition, considering its age.  It has a lot of wear and tear, but you can tell someone used it while touring around the city.
