In certain cases and within certain limits, a refund may be issued for purchases made within our online store.

Returnable Items

• Plants and plant cuttings are returnable within twenty-four(24) hours after delivery. An RMA form must be filled out and submitted online.
• All other items at regular prices are returnable within forty-eight(48) hours after delivery. An RMA form must be filled out and submitted online.
• All returns must have an accompanying RMA number written legibly on the exterior of the return shipping package and a printout of the RMA within the package.
• All RMA forms must include pictures of the damaged items. For plants, pictures must include proof of the scratch test. For all other products, pictures must include damages to the purchased item. If there is shipping damage, pictures must show damages to the package.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance and Discounted items are non-refundable and non-returnable. All Clearance and Discounted items will be considered a final sale.

File A Claim

In order to return an item, please submit an RMA form. We will respond as soon as possible. If submitted claim shows sufficient evidence that damages were incurred during or before transit, Krupp Road Farm Goods will provide a return shipping label. Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email with the RMA form submission. Please print this document and include it within the return shipping package. Shipments must be sent back within seventy-two(72) hours of receiving your RMA.
